Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join a dynamic team in Portugal. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities. You will act as the face of the company, building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and negotiating contracts that benefit both parties.

Key Duties Include

  • Selling products and services using solid arguments and persuasive presentation skills.

  • Maintaining positive business relationships with existing customers to ensure retention.

  • Reaching and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPI goals.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using a consultative approach.

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emails, and networking events.

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments (marketing, logistics).

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and generate status reports.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements & skills

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar commercial role.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills (Portuguese & English).

  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

  • Valid driver’s license.
