Job Overview We are hiring hardworking seasonal Fruit Pickers for a large agricultural operation in Spain. This is an active, outdoor role where you will harvest fresh produce (such as citrus, olives, or stone fruit). You will be part of a large harvesting team responsible for picking crops at the peak of freshness, sorting them by quality, and packing them for distribution to markets across Europe.

Key Duties Include

Harvesting crops by hand or using specialized harvesting tools efficiently.
Sorting and packing produce for transport, ensuring only high-quality items are shipped.
Identifying and discarding damaged, diseased, or unripe fruit to maintain quality control.

Detailed Responsibilities

Pick fruits and vegetables efficiently to meet daily weight quotas set by the farm manager.
Handle delicate produce gently to prevent bruising or damage during the picking process.
Climb ladders to reach high branches safely and use safety harnesses if required.
Load picked fruit into bins, buckets, or crates and stack them for collection.
Perform basic field maintenance tasks such as weeding, pruning, and clearing debris.
Follow strict hygiene and safety standards for food handling and farm safety.
Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to clear fields quickly.
Report any pest infestations or crop issues to supervisors.

Requirements & skills

Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, sun).
Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift for long periods.
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
No specific education required; training is provided on-site.
