Job Overview We are recruiting attentive and reliable Assembly Operators for a high-tech manufacturing plant in the Czech Republic. In this position, you will work on a moving production line, assembling product parts using specialized tools and machinery. Your focus will be on precision and consistency, ensuring that all finished goods meet the company’s rigorous international quality standards before they are shipped to customers.
Key Duties Include
Assembling mechanical and electronic components according to precise technical instructions and diagrams.
Operating production line machinery, pneumatic tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Conducting visual and functional quality checks on finished products to catch defects early.
Detailed Responsibilities
Read and understand detailed assembly instructions, schematics, and blueprints.
Align, fit, and join parts using bolts, screws, clips, or industrial adhesives.
Test assembled products using testing rigs to ensure full functionality.
Identify and discard defective components, recording issues in the quality log.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to 5S methodology.
Meet daily production targets and quotas without compromising on safety or quality.
Rotate through different tasks on the assembly line to maintain flexibility and reduce repetitive strain.
Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to maintenance staff immediately.
Requirements & skills
Prior experience in manufacturing, factory work, or assembly lines is preferred.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small parts.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
Team player with good communication skills.
