Job Overview An innovative and rapidly growing tech firm in Germany is looking for a talented Software Engineer to join their development squad. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance. We are looking for a problem-solver who is passionate about clean code and modern technologies.

Key Duties Include

  • Writing clean, scalable, and efficient code that meets high-quality industry standards.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and UI/UX designers, to define features.

  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems to improve performance and user experience.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into durable, documented design specifications.
  • Produce detailed specifications and determine operational feasibility within tight deadlines.
  • Integrate various software components and third-party programs into a fully functional software system.
  • Develop comprehensive software verification plans and quality assurance procedures (TDD/BDD).
  • Document and maintain software functionality for future internal reference and API usage.
  • Deploy programs to production environments and evaluate user feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements & skills

  • Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

  • Deep knowledge of coding languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python) and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Spring Boot).

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, algorithmic thinking, and attention to detail.

  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.

  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
